Your Card or Bank Statement and Our PayPal Buttons ~
Our PayPal account has been under our main company name since 2004. (Bloo Moon Antiques is a subsidiary.) "Enchantments" is part of the name of our main company. Therefore, "Enchantments" will appear on your bank statements when you make a purchase with us instead of Bloo Moon.
Shipping ~
We pack every single item appropriately using bubble or pillow wrap, cushioning paper, cardboard, padded envelopes, sturdy boxes, fragile stamps, and any other necessary method to fulfill our responsibility as the shipper. Therefore, we are not responsible for damage caused by the postal service after the item leaves our hands. Any shipping problems should be directed to “claims” at the US Postal Service. The insurance included with shipping is $50 to $100. If you’d like up to $5,000, there will be a $10 fee since the cost depends on the distance and whether we use first class or priority mail for your package. We have a listing for additional insurance in the "Extras" category. Please add it to your order if you’d like additional coverage.
We only ship to addresses within the USA (including Hawaii and Alaska). If you live outside the US and want to order from us, please secure a US shipping address through a mailing service.
We proudly recycle shipping boxes for environmental and economical benefits. About 50 percent of our orders are shipped through recycled shipping boxes. We only reuse boxes that are in proper condition, and we use all new shipping envelopes and packing material.
Privacy ~
Bloo Moon does not share information with other companies or individuals, and we do not have access to your bank information or card numbers. The information we gather, including your name, postal address, and email address, is strictly confidential and never shared with anyone outside the company. Your inquiries and purchases are not disclosed to other companies or individuals. Communication between the customer and the owners or Customer Care is usually to assist with purchases, provide shipping information, and answer general questions about items. We sometimes send coupons, special offers, promotional, or marketing postal mailers and emails to our clients and customers. You will be automatically added to the list with inquiries or purchases. If you prefer not to be included, please inform us via email, and we will honor that request.
Returns & Refunds -
Due to the nature of the items sold on this site, all products and items are sold "as is" without warranty or guarantee. There are no returns, refunds, cancellations or exchanges. All sales final. However, if you have a problem with your order, please inform us promptly. We will do all we can to help.

Potions ~
Our oils, teas, and glosses are created by hand, based on “antique” family recipes. The ingredients in the products that are wearable meet or exceed the high standards of California’s Proposition 65 and are vegan, gluten-free, cruelty-free, and made in the USA. Our teas are natural and organic. However, we are not responsible for allergic reactions, stains, damage, injuries, or accidents from use, misuse, or wear of any of our products. Oils, teas, and glosses are for entertainment purposes only.
Vintage & Antique Items ~
Not all of our items have “haunting histories” so please read each listing very carefully. For the items that do have haunting histories ~
They will arrive to you as we receive or find them. We do not “spiritually cleanse”, physically restore, or even dust off these items. They're all sold "as is". We don't want to disturb their energy state as any part of the object is an extension of that energy. If you, the new owner, decide to clean or restore the item, that's your choice, of course, but many do not. By sending the object to you the way we received it, you can make the decision rather than us making it for you.
Energy cannot be destroyed but can be transferred or transformed. So maybe it’s not such a far-reaching, kooky, or ridiculous idea that intelligent energy could attach to a special object. However, attachment and expression are two different things. Just because a haunted object exists doesn’t necessarily mean it will produce a paranormal result. Perhaps the intelligence behind it needs to be in a comfortable and secure position before reacting. So please allow time for your object to bond to you before you see results of any spiritual manifestations. Bonding could happen immediately, or it could happen in six months or a year. In some cases, it doesn't happen at all for one person but a friend or a family member or even a pet could cause a reaction. If you're magnetically drawn to an item, it's meant for you. That doesn't mean it will open up to you immediately. But it does mean, it most likely will.
Paying a Hauntingly High (or Low) Price ~
We can't verify the claims made by others, and we are not asserting the objects sold on our website have spiritual, magical, supernatural, or paranormal powers. We are simply presenting the history. We set the prices of items we purchase for resale based on the item itself, its age, status, and its interesting and unique history. All items are marked up fairly and reasonably based on the price we paid for it. The prices of the items sold on consignment are set by the owner of those items. We cannot guarantee paranormal activity. At the same time, we must emphasis, there may be shockingly intense paranormal activity. Only buy an item if you're a patient person pertaining to both possibilities.
50% Cash Discount ~
We offer a 50% discount on items listed for $100 or more, with cash payment by postal mail. A customer must send a non-refundable $25 deposit through the website that will be applied to the balance before we can pull the listing. Unless otherwise stated, we will pull the listing between 1 to 12 hours of receiving your deposit. If someone buys the item before we're able to pull the listing, we will refund your deposit. After we pull the listing, the cash payment must be to us by postal mail within 10 calendar days or we will repost the item and retain your deposit. This offer does not include bulk listings on oil potions, bath teas, or lip glosses/balms even if the listing price is over $100, and it doesn't apply to vintage, antique or collectible items priced under $100. This offer is by individual items only that are listed for $100 or more, and not the total of an order. A separate deposit must be paid for each item you want to purchase.
Retainer for Custom Orders ~
We require a retainer for custom orders. The retainer is a service fee. It covers searching for the item, the finder's fee, researching the specific item's history and creation period, and the shipping charge for it to be sent to us. This fee is not applied towards the balance of the item, and it will not reduce the cost. The final cost of the item will be what we paid for it plus a fair, standard percentage mark-up. Shipping to the customer is free of charge. The contract is for 90 days. If we cannot find the item within 90 days, the customer will receive a 50% refund on the retainer fee and the contract will be closed. However, if we come across the item within one year after the close of the contract, we will inform the customer before listing it publicly so he or she will have the opportunity to purchase it first. When we find and research an item that meets the customer's request, we will send the customer a full description along with pictures and a price. The customer is not obligated to purchase any item we find for him or her. If we present the customer with an item he or she rejects, we will continue to search for another. There will be no refund if we present the customer with one or more items that is rejected. The 50% cash discount does not apply to custom orders. This service can be renewed for the same item. We can search for multiple items for a customer, but a retainer fee has to be paid for each.
